LICENCE — Invoice Ledger, free starter workflows

Applies to exactly three files in this repository, and to nothing else in it:

These three files are also shipped inside the paid Invoice Ledger pack as its free starters.
This is the same licence that travels with them there, with one deliberate change: because
these three files are published here on purpose, the pack's ban on placing material in a
public repository does not apply to them, and an explicit permission to do exactly that
replaces it. The other eleven workflow files of the paid pack are not included in this
repository and keep the stricter one-business licence that ships in the zip.

What you may do

Use these files in any business, for that business's own invoices — as many n8n instances as
you like, for as many invoices as you like, for as long as you like.

Change them as much as you like: rename nodes, change paths, translate them, replace the
parser, wire them into your own accounting tool. You do not have to tell us.

Copy and share them — including in a public repository, a template library, a blog post or
teaching material — provided this notice stays with them and you charge no fee for them.

What you may not do

Sell, resell, sublicense, rent or give these files away for money, and do not bundle them into
a paid product, a paid course or a paid template pack. Do not offer them as a hosted service
for other businesses. Do not remove this notice.

Nothing here changes the licence of the eleven paid workflows: they are sold under a
one-business licence, from one purchase, and they are not in this repository.

What this is not

A tool, not advice. Not accounting, tax, legal or bookkeeping advice, and no replacement for a
bookkeeper checking your figures. Parsed amounts can be wrong; the paid pack flags what it is
unsure about, but someone still has to look.

No warranty

These files are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty of any
kind — no promise that they are error-free, fit your purpose, or keep working with future n8n
or mail-server versions — and we are not liable for lost data, missed invoices, wrong figures,
late payments or lost profit.

n8n itself is not included. You need your own n8n instance, under n8n's licence and terms.
This licence covers only the three files named above.

This licence has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Read it as the plain statement of intent it
is, and take advice before relying on it for anything commercial.
