Invoice Ledger

Privacy Policy

Short, because the site does very little. Effective 21 October 2026.

1. This website

This site is a set of plain HTML files. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from a third party — no fonts from a CDN, no tracking pixels, no scripts other than the structured data that search engines read. There is nothing here to consent to, which is why there is no cookie banner.

The files are served by Netlify. Like any web host it may keep standard request logs (IP address, browser, time) under Netlify's own privacy statement. We do not run that service, we cannot read those logs, and we do not receive visitor statistics from it.

Links to other sites — n8n's documentation, for example — take you to a site with its own rules. Affiliate links are marked as such where they appear.

2. When you buy

Creem (creem.io) is the merchant of record. You enter your payment details on Creem's checkout, not on this site, and we never see or store your card number. Creem is responsible for the payment, the receipt and any sales tax or VAT.

What reaches us from an order is limited to:

We use that for exactly two things: sending the download link if Creem's own delivery fails, and answering a support or refund email. We do not add buyers to a mailing list, we do not sell or share the list, and there is no newsletter to unsubscribe from.

3. When you run the workflows

The template pack runs on your own n8n instance, on your own machine or server. Invoice data — attachments, extracted text, supplier names, amounts — goes from your mailbox into your n8n and into your own CSV file. None of it is sent to us. There is no licence check, no telemetry, no call home.

The paid pack makes exactly one kind of outbound request anywhere: a reference exchange rate lookup, in the currency template, which sends a date and a currency pair and never invoice text. That request goes to a public rate source, not to Invoice Ledger.

Two things worth knowing, because they are about your data and they are easy to miss:

4. Email

If you write to invoiceledgerhq@gmail.com, we keep the thread so we can answer and so a later question has context. The mailbox is a Google account, so those messages are also stored by Google under its terms. We do not use the mailbox to build a profile of you and we do not pass addresses to anyone else.

You can ask us to delete a support thread at any time; we will confirm when it is done. A record of a purchase may be kept longer where tax or accounting rules require it — that record lives with Creem, not with us.

5. Your choices

Email us and ask: what do you hold about me, where did it come from, delete it, or correct it. We answer within two business days and act within 30 days. Because the list is short — an order email, a country, a support thread — the answer is usually a couple of sentences.

If you are in a place that gives you stronger rights over your data, those rights apply and nothing on this page takes them away. If you think we have handled something badly, tell us first; we will try to fix it.

6. Who this is for

This is a tool for businesses and the people who run them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly keep data about anyone under 16.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the previous version stops applying from that date. Nothing here has been reviewed by a lawyer; it describes what the site and the pack actually do, which is the part we can be held to.
