1. Who you are buying from
Invoice Ledger is the seller name used for this product. It is a brand, not a company name, and that is the only name that appears on this site. The one way to reach a person is by email: invoiceledgerhq@gmail.com.
Payments are handled by Creem (creem.io), which acts as the merchant of record. That means Creem is the seller on your receipt and on your card statement, Creem collects the money, and Creem calculates and remits any sales tax or VAT that applies to your order. Your contract for the payment itself is with Creem, under Creem's own buyer terms; this page is the licence and the promise that sit around the files you download.
2. What you get
Invoice Ledger is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. After payment clears, Creem shows a download link and emails the same link to the address you paid with. The download is one zip file containing:
- eleven n8n workflow templates (JSON files) that read supplier invoice emails and write one deduplicated CSV ledger, with a review queue, approval steps, reconciliation, VAT summary, currency normalisation, accounting export, monthly close and a nightly dated copy of the ledger;
- the three free starter workflows, which are also published on this site;
- five sample files showing the output;
- the licence file.
Price: USD 49, one time. No subscription, no per-invoice fee, no account on our side. Nothing in the pack needs an AI model or an API key.
You need your own n8n instance to run the workflows. The supported setup is a self-hosted n8n on your own machine; the workflows were built and run on n8n 2.44.4. Newer n8n versions are not verified. A host you already pay for, a domain, and the usual ability to run Docker or npm are your responsibility, not part of what you buy here.
3. Licence: one business
When you buy, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the eleven paid workflow templates in one business — the business that bought them. "One business" means one legal entity, however many people work in it, and however many n8n instances that business runs for its own use.
- You may change the workflows, rename them, add fields, keep them in a private repository, and run them for that one business for as long as you like.
- You may not resell, sublicense, publish, or give the paid templates away, and you may not use them to deliver invoice processing as a service to other businesses. If you want that, email first; a separate arrangement is possible.
- Contractors and accountants working for the licensed business may use the workflows on its behalf. Their access ends when the engagement ends.
The three free starter workflows on this site are licensed separately and more permissively — see the LICENSE file there: use them in any business, change them, share them, keep the notice, do not sell them.
4. Refund: 14 days, two clear cases
Ask within 14 days of purchase and you get your money back in either of these two cases:
- It does not import. One or more of the workflow files will not import into your n8n instance, and we cannot give you a fix that makes it import.
- It cannot read your invoices. The parser returns empty or wrong fields for the invoices you actually receive — for example because they are scans with no text layer, or layouts the patterns do not cover — and we cannot give you a fix that makes them read correctly.
To ask, email invoiceledgerhq@gmail.com from the address you paid with, and say which of the two cases it is. A sentence and, if you can, the error or the empty fields are enough. We reply within two business days. Refunds are made by Creem to the original payment method; how fast the money appears is up to your bank.
Outside those two cases — you changed your mind, you no longer need it — the answer is usually still yes inside 14 days if you have not shared the files; ask and we will tell you plainly. After 14 days, no refund, because the download cannot be returned.
Your statutory consumer rights where you live are not affected by this section, and nothing here asks you to give them up.
5. Support, and what this is not
Support is by email only: invoiceledgerhq@gmail.com, answered within two business days. There is no setup service, no call, no promise of a fix by a particular date, and no promise that a future n8n release will keep working with these files. The version that was tested is stated on the product page.
This is not a bookkeeping service and not advice. The workflows move data and flag what looks wrong; a human still has to check the figures before anything is filed or paid. Nothing here is accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. The templates come with no warranty beyond what the law requires, and the parser's known limits are listed on the product page rather than hidden.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything connected to this product is limited to the amount you paid for it (USD 49). We are not liable for indirect losses — a late filing, a missed payment, a penalty, lost profit — and the reason is plain: the pack reads documents and writes a CSV, and you are the one who decides what to do with the numbers.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Changes to these terms
The terms you bought under are the ones that apply to your purchase, and this page carries the date they took effect. If these terms change later, the change applies to purchases made after the new date. If a change would reduce your rights, the earlier version still governs what you already bought.
These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer, and this page says so on purpose. If something here is unclear or looks wrong to you, email before you buy rather than after.
